Carolyn has been an active Real Estate Broker for the past 28 years helping clients with the selling and buying of residential properties. Tom Smitherman, Broker
Tom is a civil engineering graduate of N.C. State University and he holds an active N.C. General Contractor’s and N.C. Public Utility Contractor’s License. The experiences of growing up on a dairy and tobacco farm combined with over 40 years of working in the construction industry provides Tom with insight into the business aspects of real estate transactions. Brokering real estate has offered Tom the opportunity to share his knowledge about residential, commercial and industrial construction. Clients interested in land transactions have found Tom to be professional in identifying the highest and best use for tracts of land or building lots.
